Elmers Glue for China and Glass, I have used it for a broken mug handle, and it works great. Probably in the glue section of a hardware store.

Clear two stage epoxy. My experience with J B weld is that it is black, that's why I suggest clear. Follow the directions. It has to be mixed tougher and also held securely for 24hrs. Mix a small amount, enough to coat each broken end , apply and position the cup so it will not move. When it's fully cured it will last a long time.

JB WELD, it's a 2 part epoxy, they make different ones for metal, glass, plastic etc. just find the one you need about $5-$8 bucks and follow the directions.

itll cost more to repair it than buy a new one
just break it the rest of the way and put it in the bottom of a planter
that way u can still make use of it
u know u deserve a new cup anyway
