Yes he sampled that song,I recognised it although I just couldn't get the name,it's the same with 'Beautiful Girls' Sampling 'Stand By Me' by Ben.E.King,and other songs on his album do the same.

Yeah, I heard it the other day.
To answer the other poster: When you sample an existing recording to use in another recording, you must pay for clearance of the sample. If you do not negotiate for clearance and pay, you will be sued big-time... so I'm sure Mr. Kingston paid the fee.
