Brain, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys. The person below me put stomach, you do not need a stomach to live, the intestines take out sufficient nutrients to survive.

Who told you that there were only five? If it was your teacher, see if you can transfer to another teacher's class. For example, people mention the heart but the heart would be useless without blood and vessels to carry it. Lungs wouldn't be of much use without the trachea, bronchi, pharynx, etc. Where was this person educated? Texas?

Brain: braindead people can be kept alive.
Kidneys: People can surive on dialysis machines.
Heart: While artificial hearts don't last very long, they can keep people alive for a couple of years.
Skin: If you're kept in a sterile, humidified enclosure like burn patients, you can get by without skin.
Stomach/intestines: nutrients can be injected directly into your blood.
I think the only organs that are impossible to replace by artificial means (barring transplants) are:
Liver
Lungs
Spinal cord

Brain - controls all functions of the body. Without your brain all other functions would stop.
Heart - pumps blood around your body. Without your heart blood wouldn't circulate and our cells wouldn't receive oxygen.
Lungs - necessary for breathing. Without your lungs your body wouldn't be able to receive air.
Liver - filters blood. Without your liver toxins would build up in you blood stream and eventually kill you.
Kidneys - filters urine. Without you kidneys urine wouldn't get rid of the toxins in your body and you would eventually die.
People can live without stomachs. Look it up.

Heart to pump blood
Lungs to process oxygen
Kidneys to process waste
Live to process waste
A brain to run it all
(I would also add skin, but I guess you could be kept in a sterile place)
I am assuming an intravenous diet only and the person is not in a vegetative state.
