I have heard that an online PhD is generally not a good thing. I have also heard that Indiana State University is a good (reputable) school and the price is pretty good. Just looking for opinions and feedback.

If you want to do this just so that you can tell people you have a PhD -- then it is fine.

If you actually want to do something with your PhD -- then it would be idiotic. If you want to be a college professor, then you should go to the best program you can get into. Indiana State is a fourth tier university (according to US News). If you can get into a PhD program -- you can do much better.

As for price -- most PhD students get fellowships or teaching assistantships. These include payment of tuition and fees as well as a stipend to cover living expenses. So it turns out to be cheaper getting a PhD in person,

Black face now or then has never been funny. What's next? Will they portray him with a tail? Why is it that history must be forgotten, rather than dealt with. Racism has plagued OUR country since "the voyage". I don't know about you guys, but I'm tired of the way our government has been ran and the way people of different races have been perceived. As Rodney King said "can't we all just get along" to make America the country that we say it is.
