Deep shaft of opinion casting open some cagey problems concerning miners welfare

It seems there is a dark cloud surrounding what is a very hard issue. We don't want miners shafted but, after digging into this extensively, I have detemined that the coal hard truth is they will likely get burned.

I didn't know that miners held fairs down their wells! I bet that they are just a blast!
I guess some folks will dig around and try to get that geezer, Davy Lamps, to make sure all shafts are safe coz he keeps canaries! Some of the old miners tell stories of how they loved the danger of mining - they lived for the drill of it!
