1) lambda=c/frequency c=3*10^8 m/s f= 9.469*10^9
result 3*10^8/9.46910^9=0.0317m=3.17cm

2)b) n=1 to n=4 .all transition from n=1 require more ABSORPTION energy than from another shell and tne wavelength will be the shorter

3)d=3 as l=2 , ml can not have an absolute value higher than 2
