Definition of a junk food addict or an uncontrollable personality. Either way, while you didn't ask for it you got what might be expected when you take on one larger than yourself. Bottom line....learn to curb your temper, deep breath and just walk away. Easy to say and easy to do when you learn who is in control (and that should be you).
