im almost 16 and im flat. I read that you start to develop 2 years before your period, but i had mine when i was 9. 7 years is a lot?
my mom grandma (etc) obviously didnt have a problem like this. I dont want to go to the doctor or talk to my mom about this. Well, its embarrassing and im a bit worried. Any help please?

Well honey, I really think you need talk your mom about your concern. Your mom alway glad talk with you. She want help you everything that you need to know as far your breast development. It's not embarrassing as all. Your breast still development, it will take time make your breast grow. Your puberty still not over yet til you reach 18 or so. Let not worry about it till you will find out when your breast grow. But you need talk your mom, trust me. Good Luck

I would be careful. Padded bras at that age can affect breast development and can even make them uneven.

give it time. you can still grow later in life. I don't remember when I started getting mine but I was a 36B at age 19 and now I'm 25 and close to a 38C. No I am not fat.

Nothing wrong with you, some people just grow faster then others. If you see no progression within a year or two, i'd see a doc.

Please keep in mind that starting menstruation at age 9 is NOT normal. Typically menstruation does not start until around age 14+. You still have about 1-2 years left in which your breasts might develop. Or, you could be small-breasted. Either way it should NOT have an impact on your self-image. THIS country places far too much emphasis on breast size. It's really just not that important.
