Steve Z suggests the 5 x 10 which is what I use often. The issue is more about what you're towing it with.
Also another consideration is knowing how to handle a trailer in towing, but more in backing up.
In your case I'd do the 19.95 truck.
I've towed nearly a ton with an explorer Bumper mounted ball; but I wouldn't advise it.

You need either a 16' truck or a 22' truck. I would strongly reccommend calling Penske Truck Rental instead. Moving that far, you want a newer reliable truck and UHAUL has trucks in their fleet that are 15 years old. Penske has nothing older than 2006 and they will provide you much better and reliable service.

there are many things to determine what type of trailer to use, how far are you going.do you have a car or a truck to pull it with... the smalles trailers are 4' by 8', it might get tight depending on how think the mattresses are, but if you know how to stack you will be fine.... no use in getting a trailer with surge, "electrical" breaks if you vehicle doesnt have a break controller, also the 4by8 is best in terms of price, and the fuel economy that you will get when pulling it...

What are you towing it with? They will only let you get certain size trailers for certain vehicles. If you have an explorer they won't rent you the 6x12, with good reason. I would rent the biggest one that you can handle, because there is not a significant difference in price. The 5x10 will hold quite a bit.

I would look at the price of a small truck, many drice just like a car.
You didnt indicate the distance you are going to travel.

Contents wise you'll need what they classify as a RV =6x12 its a tandem axle trailer with surge brake system. Very good towing unit.

Uhaul will tell you how many rooms of stuff you can stuff in a truck ...... Better bigger than smaller.
Good Luck on the move
