My girlfriend had a similar problem...

Her problem was her breathing. She was holding her breath.. .breathing speraticly which caused her blood pressure to rise.. giving her headache... with some practice we worked on rythmatic breathing... basicly cured the problem... Try that... like lamaz (Spelling). Can't hurt.

I'd go to a reputable chiropractor. Really, even if you don't usually. Just be sure to get one that won't fool with you too much, doing adjustments that involve snapping or moving vertebrae that aren't ready. You could find a really good chiropractor, local to you, on this list on this website: www.donaldepstein.com

They're not as expensive as you might think, and it sounds like a few appointments might help, given that your headache is situational.

You aren't hitting your head on the headboard are ya? just kidding...it could be that when you get excited the blood vessels in your brain swell a bit, try talking to your doctor, or maybe drink something calming before you fool around, like chamomile tea to put your body in a relaxed mood?

this sounds daft but it could be a breathing problem or even like a circulatory thing, you could try taking a couple of painkillers beforehand, kind of gets rid of the spontanuity though
i'd ask a doc aswell

Lack of oxygen could be part of it, but so could hyperventilation (breathing too much, too fast). Try to control your breathing without distracting yourself too much. If that doesn't work, you might want to consult a physician.

P.S. After you finish writing ANY post or answer, please use the spell check button before you post. Alternatively you could learn how to spell, but that takes a lot more time.

There is such a condition as "post-coital headaches" that you should look up. It's more common in men than in women. Check it out.
