Do you take them in for a regular bra fitting or just guess?

I would take her to Target, Wal-Mart, or one of your favorite department stores. At the first two, go to the girl's underwear department, pick some styles she likes in a few different sizes (to be sure) and go to the fitting rooms. At a department store, ask a lady in the intimates department which department you should be looking in (it varies by store) and once there, proceed to do the same. If you go somewhere to get a fitting, you may accidentally embarrass your daughter by inviting a stranger to see her chest at such an insecure time in her life.

That is going to depend on just how far your pre teen has matured. Measure her from right under her breast around the back. That will give you your first number. If she is just starting to develop then a small cup or maybe even a sports bra. Try and remember how you developed at her age she will probably be close to the same but even that's not a sure deal. Just make sure what ever you start her with that its comfortable and supportive. I would reevaluate her bra status every 6 months.

just take her to a department store for a regular fitting. I think Macys and Nordstroms are the best for fitting rather than say Victoria's Secret.
they are better at department stores with fitting and helping people in general find the right bra for them.

I understand what you're speaking about even regardless of the truth that i'm in basic terms 15 yet i do not comprehend why they attempt this because at the same time as i become 10 i become self wide awake about the failings i become going regardless of the truth that and padded bras would it not worst. although the thong undies are because well-known undies come as a lot as extreme

Go to La Senza they do a fantastic fitting service, & if you go when they haven't got a sale on they will put it in a gift box with tissue etc so your daughter will feel extra special

well i think personally you should cup the boob first to find the approximate size and then guesstamate from their on the cup size. take a ruler and circle around the chest to find that other size.
