Usually nothing.........well, actually I tend to run/stay away from *******, jerks, liars, etc. Yes, reality helps and you need it to take care of problems sometimes. Face your problems and you will overcome them in one way or another.

People! I mean there are just some people I would rather avoid than to have to sit and listen to whinning or the same ole stories, it gets old. I am very aware I do this, sometimes I make myself suck it up and deal, but sometimes I would just rather run. I live in a small town everyone knows everyone, I grew up in a small town but not this small, and it's just irritating! I like people, and usually I am a social butterfly, but this town needs an enema! seriously. LOL

I am really bad about running away from things. If it gets too stressful doing something then I tend to run from it. I usually go back to it later, but at first I run and mellow out.

I run away and ever want to run away from myself, my negative self. all human in so far as one is human shall carry a negative side, negative development along with his positive side and development. It can not be escaped. I wish to run away from my neative side, keeping it as far as possible from me.

this running away can only be possible through self awareness and self consciousness.

being myself........afraid it might not be status quo......of course self awareness makes a difference - it's the reason you run in the first place.

I have no problem confronting issues. I do avoid people who are overly emotional. They make me angry.
