A permanent memorial or some sort of monumental non-office work (similar to the Oklahoma bombing memorial over the spot of the Murrah building)

A new office building or a replica of the 2 towers

Make it into residential zones for condos or apartment buildings (not trying to be insensitive but NYC needs all the house space it can get and ground zero is pretty big) just a possible suggestion

Anything else you can think of for the spot please say.

Ground Zero should be made into a permanent memorial for the innocent civilians, policemen, and firemen who lost their lives there. I don't think any new office buildings should be built. Converting the area into a memorial park is a good idea, as it would give people a place to relax and also reflect on the events of 9/11/01. That would probably be a lot more safer for New York.

I think we should build an even bigger World Trade Center and then dare Bin Laden to try and get this one. But, since that won't happen the extra residential space is probably the most beneficial to NY.

Brand new Office Buildings and a Beautiful Memorial. I worked there when it all went down and I believe we should rebuild it to honor the people who died but also to make it a thriving business center as well.

Sooner or later you have to turn the page and go on to the next chapter. Yes, leave a memorial, but also you have to move forward. You can't stay stuck in time forever.
