Sadly, not this year I won't. I usually fly to Florida for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately I was laid off unexpectedly from my job so financially I am unable to go. My Mom offered to pay for my ticket, but I still have to pay my bills. I can't hardly leave when I still haven't found a job, what kind of vacation would that be? I would be worried sick. I will have to settle on next year.

Don't feel sorry for me though. My boyfriend and I will be together and we will drive to Jersey to share the Holiday's with his family. I won't be alone. Neither will my family in Florida. My Aunt and cousin will be visiting them from out of town.

the only family I have is my kids and my mom, and we live all together, so we don't have to travel at all, our family is right here

we were going to travel to Utah to see my in-laws for Christmas but now my husband has to work so it will be just me and the kids at home for Christmas
