The court. If the court determines the license shall be suspended they will forward an order to the department of licensing.

Child Support bureau notifies the State and the license is suspended. My wifes ex is going through this now. Since they suspended his license a few months ago, and he still isn't paying, they have garnished his income tax return also. We just got that letter last week. They do not always notify you of the license suspention though. You find out if you get stopped for something else or try to renew your license or plates.

The state, I believe. I guess when the person paying goes so far into arrears and doesn't make payments the system should take care of it. Maybe the person has to be taken to court first. Not really sure. Check with your local support office.

i would guess the child support agency...i am behind in child support and received a letter saying that in 20 days my electric, driver, and recreation license would be revoked til all back payments where made..
