That's a good one. And he sang this when he landed (to the tune of his "What a Wonderful World"):
I see rocks of gray,
And sky of black
The craters are lovely
And caused a big crack
And I say to CAPCOM
What an airless old world....

Good question, Bernie...
Now in my humble opinion, jealousy is what you want to stop another person doing, and envy is what you want to do yourself but are not doing. I wish I had Louis Armstrong's voice and talent for "What a Beautiful World", etc. I don't think he did it on the moon, I think that other man was named Neil.
I am not envious of Neil. Can you imagine going to the moon and being without pasta pomodoro and a good Chianti? I don't even want to think about how those gentlemen visited the restroom, or got any decent rest at all. At least Mr. Louis Armstrong had decent bathroom furniture and could order a great jambalaya off the menu if he wanted to.
Out of all his lines, Louis Armstrong's most famous might be:
"Houston, we don't have a problem." Thank God.
have a good weekend

NO do you have any idea how dangerous it was to go back then or even now. all the technology was completely experimental. look at apollo 13. those men were going into an uncertain death. those men deserve all the press because they boldly went were no man went before. and its neil armstrong and his side kick buzz aldran. not the trumpeter

Jealousy (The Ugly Green Monster who eats green cheese) is a human flaw: The 'green cheese' is something that someone has that you can't attain... and you want... be it materialism or personality. I don't give a hoot what other people are or what they do. Celebrities and personalities have put themselves up to be knocked down and I wouldn't be famous for all the tea in China

Yes.
I always thought that was pointless sending a trumpeter to the Moon. How can you play a wind instrument when there is no wind?
In space no-one can hear you toot !

I had no idea the musician went to the moon. Perhaps that's where he composed "It's a wonderful world."
