If you are making her a glamorous witch, and at 11 she probably has beautiful skin that doesn't need face makeup, then I'd put sparkly moonshadow, which is an off white eyeshadow with sparkle in it, or something frosty or sparkly pink on the entire eyelid. Then I'd put sparkly rust or brown eyeshadow on the crease of her eyes. Then feather silver glitter on her cheek bones up around the outter eye to the eyebrow in a crescent shape. That will add depth and sparkle. I think that you are getting that the key is SPARKLE! Give her a beauty mark, and put on sparkly red lip gloss. She'll look sensational!

If you are not doing a glamorous witch, I'd go online on Google Images and look at pics of the "Wicked Witch of the West" from The Wizard of Oz for ideas on how to do a scary face. She was green, so I don't know if you want to go that far. She also didn't wear falsh eyelashes. But it's Halloween, so anything goes! Hope this helps... Have fun!

For make up, I'd suggest going to the drug store and getting a facial mask...like a mud mask. I put a thin layer of a Mary Kay Facial Mask on a few years ago when I was a witch and it worked great. It's not as itcy as the halloween face paints and it's better for your skin.

Another think you could do is go buy one of those plastic cauldrens and put some candy and goodies in it for her friends.

She could carry something else...like a broom, or a stuffed black cat.

Magical Lawyer costume. Something fancy and expensive like a skirt suit, like something a lawyer would wear for court (because Libra is supposed to be a sign of fairness and justice), but it'd be magical and glittery and really pretty, maybe ice-cream colored or something, like mint green and lemon and pale blue. And rather than a purse, there'd be a paintbrush accessory, and when you point the paintbrush at something unattractive or unfair or wrong, like someone arguing or a dying flower, it instantly changes it into something nice (because Libra is meant to be idealistic and enjoy beauty.) Libra ascendant

get her a fake wart and a black sack with a rope on it to give the illusion she has boy heads inside that would look cool.
