Eric Holder is following his boss's lead in opening up that can of worms.Under the present administration we have seen how they say one thing and do another.Politics,politics. I believe he is using it for leverage on how he wants American to Change.Give me Dick Chaney any day at least he had experience on what he needed to do to keep Americans safe. Then again if Obama needs any information he can always ask his buddy Mr.Putin as he has plenty of information and how he got it may not be that nice either.War is not a pretty picture anyway you look at it.People die,or get water boarded winners and losers whatever it takes. These CiA people WERE following the law at the time.Change the law not Charge the people. The picture I see is Americans jumping out of the twin towers on 911 and the U.S.S.Cole. I don't care what other countries think about us.They did not back us up and the ones that did are getting the shaft now.The idea that CIA interrogators are criminalized now is absurd. The watchdogs that dedicated their lives to keep us safe have been replaced with pups that lead the real criminals to the family jewels. This is really sounding like a further prosecution of George W.Bush and borders on a mental illness in the persons doing the dirty deed.If one American loses his life because of this investigation will Holden or his boss be responsibility for first degree murder or just say sorry folks.Health Care won't matter if we all end up dead. Many Americans don't trust this administration so will any allies in the future.Kiss and tell never goes in too well in the kind of work that has to be done for a countries safety that's how it is.Ridiculous

Didn't seem to bother you that the Gore family owns Occidental Petroleum, he lives large and flies around in private jets while telling us to use fluorescent light bulbs.
But to answer you directly, no, there is not conflict of interest. in fact, if one thinks about it, what possible business could any President or VP have ever been for this not to be the case? It is far more worrisome if members of the Legislature can directly benefit from laws they are writing. Congress is loaded with lawyers. Think you will ever see serious tort reform?

Your question almost gives the answer. O I L !
Except that the President's father didn't go far enough during the Gulf War. He chickened out. Iraq would have been settled by now, being probably another STAR on the STAR BANNER.... Another BUSH had to be in the White House to start this war all over again. A lot of us think that the State of Florida was stolen from the DEM. by the Bush's entourage as a large number of irregularities were recorded then. Jed as Governor, gave George the White House and Dad's old gang like Dick Cheney and the rest of them. And then 9/11. Several people think that this tragic event came straight from the White House. I would not go as far as saying it myself but the temptation is there. Bush administration let it happened. Bin Laden and Afghanistan, was the first strike, a minor one. Bin Laden is still alive and well. Iraq: second strike, the White House attacked and invaded Iraq against most countries objections and the UN, because of weapons of mass destruction, which were never found, what does it tell you? Sadam, (a creation of the USA) dead and now, The White House keeps lying saying that Iraq was the craddle of terrorism and extremism, breeding Taliban and Al Qaida alike to attack USA when we all know that Sadam, although a brutal dictator, was secular in his philosophy and would not give a hout about the Taliban and Al Qaida. Bush family and its closed ties to the Saudi Royal Family, organized and helped evacuated the Saudi members of the Royal family living in the USA, which is the real craddle of terrorism and plans to attack American establishment were born and still being developped. It doens't matter if Iraq has become a killing field for Americans as thousands of our soldiers are dead and more will be killed. Not in the name of democracy. but in the name of THE MIGHTY OIL.
So far, we have two strikes against us. Bin Ladden still alive, Iraq and Afghanistan - out of control. Who is feeding the Taliban and Al Qaida? We should ask Putin this question.
Strike 3, still in the works, will be IRAN. Cause - Nuclear Weapon. Real reason: UNFRIENDLY RICHES OIL FIELDS. It will be STRIKE OUT for us.
After the demise of Communist URSS, Russia went low profile to rebuild their forces (not only in weaponery but in the world's opinion. We should be aware of Putin...Slowly, without beating the drum, he is aligning with IRAN and every pro fundamentalist countries of the Middle East and China maybe part of this new equation to control of this part of the world and the oil fields of the Middle East. I would say that the COLD War has been revived.
ALTHOUGH, America is the most powerful nation in the world in terms of supremacy in armement, beating the drum on several fronts will provoque the weakening of the most powerful army in the world.
This 3rd strike could also very well be the strike out or the FALL of the American Empire.
Before this happens, perhaps we should barrel the entire Bush family and as well as every person forming the Oval Office and ship them to Antartica with a mission to explore and discover fields of BLACK GOLD. Apparently, the under the Ice Fields of the perma-frost, are the largest and richest oil fieds mankind can ever imagine. WE should try to brainwash Bush to go and check it out by himself....
Bush is president in name only. We would probably be better if we address diredtly to "SideKick Cheney" This is WHO is the actual president. No one know or have a clue in this current administration what Conflict of Interest means. And in the name of the American People, Bush family control Iraq's oil fields. Oh boy! do I have a lot to say....I will get a lot of thumbs down but this is my opinion nevertheless and I live in a democratic country where freedom of expression is welcome...right? humm I think so....
IN THE NAME OF OIL....AMEN
Stay tune!

Um, because they're all from Texas and oil is pretty much THE big business in the state.
As for a conflict of interest, what would you prefer? Some one who has been unemployed their whole life like Ted Kennedy?

The entire family is corrupt. Their Grandfather had Nazi ties. During the 2000 election the voting issues were in FL, the state his brother was Governor at the time. We need to evict the entire corrupt family from the United States.

Because, last I looked, this is a free country and you can invest in whatever you want. If they all bought oranges, would you all be complaining that all your morning OJ was financing the evil Republicans?
