wrong Tyre pres, loose wheel, rear shocks loose,
swing arm , to check swing arm put bike on full stand then get hold of back wheel & pull towards you then push forward there should be no play,
wheel bearings, to check while on full stand hold one side of wheel top & bottom push top pul bottom then reverse should be no play,
also check under swing arm as hond swing arms were prone to rot across the main suport underneath where the bolt holds it all together at the back of the engine

You could have lost a wheel weight and it's out of balance.
Yes, motorcycle tires need to balanced too......
Use the center stand and raise the back tire off the ground and get the tire up to speed. Does it still vibrate?
If so, you need to seek professional help.
If not, look for tire damage. Did you run over something recently?

either loose lug nuts, tire needs balancing, or rim is bent.
tire balancing and bent rim tend to show up at higher speeds. take it to someone who does electronic wheel balancing. you'll ruin you tire a lot quicker if you haven't done that already.
any good tire dealer should be able to check that out for you. no need to go to auto dealership for that.
good luck. do it soon. sorry didn't realize it was a cycle.
forget about the lug nut theory.

Take it to the mechanic - the alignment needs to be adjusted.
