The best that you can do is to let go and just live the moment. Don't focus on getting pregnant only on ensuring your chances are taken advantage of FULLY. Relax and love the moments you spend with your partner. Realize, stressing won't change anything. Focus on taking care of yourself that's the one thing you can control. When you start to feel stressed go for a walk and cherish the moment instead.

hey I have been trying for a while, and I mean a while, like years and more then 1, more then2, more then 3, and almost more then 4, I deal with it, try not to let it get to me, everywhere I look around someone is pregnant, and I began to think I can't get pregnant, but all I does do is have faith, and believe that the Lord would make a way. In order for me to get it of my mind, I go bowling or even braid, my friends are all pregnant and whose not pregnant already have kids, so I don't bother, but you have nothing much to worry but since its only been 5 months for you, just have faith and lots of Baby dust to you.

I'm in the same boat as you....I keep telling myself that I'm just gonna let it happen and not try but then I find my self on the internet trying to figure out my fertle days and making sure we have sex then and everytime I go to the bathroom checking my cervical fluid....And I've come to the conclusion that there is nothing that can be done about it....if you know you are ttc then that's all you are going to be able to think about until it happens....now matter how hard I try I still find myself looking at the calendar to see which day I can test...lol....Good Luck and lots of *~*~*~*~*~*BABY DUST*~*~*~*~*~*

I've been TTC for 1 year. I know it's hard. Try finding a hobby to do like Yoga or scrapbooking. If you focus on the hobby then you won't focus so much on getting pregnant.

I don't believe that stress causes infertility. It's ridiculous to make women feel like their infertility is their own fault because they can't "relax." I have PCOS and don't ovulate on my own. No amount of "relaxing" would have ever led to pregnancy for me without the help of fertility treatment! We TTC for 4-1/2 years and I got sick to death of hearing people tell me to "Relax" as if THAT would somehow make my ovaries start functioning properly!
