Yes because you think the toy or product is safe and then it's recalled because of lead paint or coking hazards. It can be as cheap as a $5 toy or as expensive as a $75 product. Everything from Barbie to Thomas the Tank Engine. I glad my child is to the age of not wanting theses types of toys.
But again this past week, art supplies from J.C. Penney from China were recalled due to the lead levels. So please be careful for the children.

Yes, but I have been looking at websites online with toys that are only made in America or Europe. No Chinese toys for my kids this year! I don't want them to get their toys, love them, and then have to give them up due to a recall! Or worse, actually get hurt on them! *shudders* My babies are too important to me!

No, I don't buy toys. The kids I buy for are into video games, art materials, and music and dancing, so I don't have to worry about recalls on the items I buy them. Thank goodness.

No not at all. My kids are not greedy at all and never ask for any of those hard to find items. They are content with what they get and are very good on me. They never place any demands on me for materialistic items.
