When my penis gets big (horny) there is a vein on the top (not the tip) its kind of big I cant tell is this normal?

Yes, look at pics of erect ones. SOme guys have huge veins, others have small ones. If the penis gets erect, and you can ejaculate, you are normal.

No, a vein on the top of your penis is not normal. I would go to the doctor if I were you.

Yep it is normal. You need to get the blood back out of your penis as quick as it goes in.

just reading over some of the old supposed answers to questions and it is rather disappointing, as people respond saying nasty things, which offer absolutely no insight to the questions asked.
Getting back on the topic, If you don't like the look of it the best thing to do would be to go see the Dr, and ultimately they can diagnose and offer advice, a lot better than anyone on here can

OMG...Be careful. Your penis may explode at any moment. I've heard that can happen when you take Viagra. Does your erection last for more than 12 hours? That's a really bad sign too.
