I bet even if he has broken the tyre rules. nothing will happen because bernie won't let it .
rules are rules and if you break them you should pay.
this year is turning out to be a tainted season.one rule for one driver and different rules for every other driver.

Sadly, what ever happen to good sportsmanship??? Bernie should ship his annoying rear end outa Formula 1, then we'd have a bit more fairness to the game...

Bernie has already stated that he thinks Hamilton deserves to win the championship. A lot of drama has been surrounding Hamilton his year. And different drivers have complained of unfairness in the implementation of rules over the years. It remains to be seen if Hamilton will be punished. Other two drivers have also broken the rules. If they are punished and Hamilton isn't then all hell will break lose. I think he'll most likely be slapped with a minor penalty

Lewis is always safe. It's clear that Bernie is rooting for Lewis.

Nothing will happen to St Lewis because Bernie wants him to win.
I can see it now Bernie on the phone to the Stewart's "punish Lewis and you will be looking for a new job next year"
if it was anyone else you can put money on it that they would be punished.
F1 is more corrupt now than ever

theres always something going on with lewis. I think nothing will happen. But other drivers did it as well. I think jenson was one of them. But if they do get punished it will be very minor.

F1 knows they need some sensation this year or things will get awfully boring. A rookies winning it during his debut will do it so they are all trying to make it happen. Lewis will win it because they want it. Contingency plans are there to disqualify anyone trying to rain on their parade.
