IS IT BAD TO HAVE CRAMPING ONLY ON ONE SIDE DURING EARLY PREGNANCY? THEY'RE NOT SEVERE CRAMPS.

how far along are you in the pregnancy? if you are 6 weeks or less it could be an indication of an ectopic or tubal pregnancy and you need to notify your doctor immediately. there is a huge risk of your tubes rupturing if you aren't seen immediately by a physician. if you are further along in your pregnancy you may just have some gas or some stretching.

From what my Dr. told me if they are generally on the right side than its round ligament pains. I went last week due to having some cramps like that.

25 weeks tomorrow

Go to your doc just to be sure, especially if you notice it gets worse- I'm sure this can be completely normal but sometimes pain on one side suggests an ectopic pregnancy (they are rare, so I wouldn't worry too much)! Good luck!

Not bad at all, unless it is severe and accompanied by bleeding. I had them on the left side for most of my first trimester. My doctor said it was either from my uterus expanding or from being constipated.

Don't stress. You're fine!

It could be your tendons and ligamates ( I'm not sure those are spelled right) stretches to accomodate your growing uterus. I have had this the last 3 pregnancies.

no its not bad, it could mean few different things tho.
it could be because ur uterus is expanding.
it could also mean ectopic preg, if the pain gets worse and u r bending downward due to pain, immediately go to er, it could be ectopic and if it bursts it could be fetal.
good luck.
