No, you cannot get someone pregnant with your hands, even if sperm/semen is on them. Sperm are tiny organisms which need to live an environment like the one found inside the human body. When a man ejaculates somewhere that isn't a body cavity, the sperm is exposed to colder temperatures and foreign bacteria which negatively effect the sperm. However, just because you can't get a girl pregnant from playing with her privates, doesn't mean you can't contract or spread sexually transmitted diseases through this type of behavior. Unlike sperm, which need a relatively specific and stable environment to live, bacteria are hearty and can be contracted or spread by you and your partner touching each other; that's why it's really important for you to know and trust your partner before you begin a sexual relationship. It's your semen that makes her have a baby, not just a particular body part. If any of your semen gets inside of her vagina, that can lead to her getting pregnant. Your finger alone won't do it unless it's covered with your own fresh semen, like if you just masturbated and haven't wiped your hand off.
Do be careful, though, because masturbating each other can get you both so aroused that your judgment goes out the window and you go further than you intended. That's just the nature of sex.

No. If the sperm is on the finger then I guess it's possible that you could get her pregnant that way but the most sure way is having actual sex with your penis inside the girl.

unless (just like everyone else has told you) you had the sperm on your fingers, an if that was the case you should of be smart enough to not finger her with it on your fingers.
& if you didnt have sperm on your fingers an your asking this question maybe your a little young to be messing around with someone

If you had sperm on your finger, then there's a chance she could get pregnant. Not a huge one, but a chance, none the less. If it was just fingering her, no sperm on your finger, there's no way she could be pregnant unless you two were having intercourse as well.

Only if you had sperm on your finger right before you fingered her. Otherwise no she can' be pregnant. If she is, it's probably not yours if all you ever did was finger her.

You should be aware that the clear liquid you emit when you are aroused contains sperm. You don't have to ejaculate to have a risk of pregnancy. You should also consider that any transfer of fluids can carry a risk of disease.
So, you both need to be careful not to transfer any fluids from your penis to her vagina.
