I think he will take a year or 2 off and spend it with his Family after that i don't really know what will happen

I think Joe will either retire all together , may do some commentary on one of the baseball networks , or take a year or two off and return somewhere either as a manager or general manager . The Pirates certainly could use him but they would not pay him enough to manage . They do not pay their players enough and that is why the real good ones fly the coop except for a diehard or two .
