Samhain {All Hallows / Halloween} ~ October 31st
Yule {Winter Solstice} ~ December 21st

Celebrations are unique to each Wiccan, Coven, or Pagan.

As others have reported, it's Samhain, October 31. My group celebrates with a "Dumb Supper." The table is set with black tableware, the food is served & eaten in silence. (Harder than you would think.) A place is set, with food, for the ancestors.

Sometimes a separate area is set up with photographs of those had passed on, illuminated by candles. It's all about honoring those who have gone before.
There are many other ways to celebrate, but we like this one.

I'm pagan also, not wiccan, and the next holiday is Samhain. I usually burn candles and leave and offering for "spirits" and ancestors. It's actually the end of the "light part of the year". It's the Celtic New Year!!!

Its called Samhain others call it Halloween. I am not a wiccan but I am a Pagan and we just celebrate the day that the dead will walk the earth freely. Fires, dancing, honoring ancestors and such.
