About once a week some granola LIB riding his 10 speed will give me the bird while I am driving my 1999 Ford Excursion around campus.
Are they mad at my gas guzzeling SUV or the bumper stickers I have?
It's my Dad's old car that he gave me to drive to college. My bumper stickers are;
Bush 2004 - Peace Through Superior Fire Power - PETA - People Eating Tasty Animals.
I also have a NRA decal and lots of Yellow Ribbons because I support the troops!

It's definately your obnoxious stickers... There's nothing wrong with wanting to live in a peaceful, un-polluted world surrounded by God's creatures without being fearful of being shot by some gun hoarding nut-case!!!!!!!!!!

It's Karma. He probably thinks that folks with those kinds of bumper stickers were the same ones who once called him a traitor and bullied him for wanting to check out stories on Weapons Of Mass Destruction before starting a war that would last longer than 2 world wars combined, and bring back close to 5,000 body bags and tens of thousands of young people in wheel chairs, not counting killing hundreds of thousands Iraqi civilians.
Notice I said nothing about putting the country trillions into debt and making your currency very suspect on the global money-changers circuit.

He's probably had experiences of SUV drivers with Bush stickers trying to run him off the road and screaming obscenities at him. I know I've had those kinds of experiences.
I think, if you are driving an SUV with those kind of stickers around the University neighborhood of Seattle, you are probably looking to provoke reactions.
