the best place to know about these things is if you right click on "my computer" and choose properties. if you can't access your windows, the very first boot up screen (where you can go to bios) also gives you this info.

Wow, try opening up the case of your computer to check those, or you could check BIOS by pressing DEL key at the start of boot-up.

Unless you have a specific program to to this it is done by going to the start menu lower left, click and then choose my computer by RIGHT clicking it and then choose PRORPERTIES and this gives all the information on your computer.
