What do you classify someone with this belief:

1. Believe in the existence in god but not the need for Religion
2. Pro- gay marriage
3. Pro- Abortion
4. Gun Control
5. Believe in less spending and more savings .
6. Pro - Immigration, legalized the illegals so they WILL pay taxes and health costs.

Does he/she belongs to the Democrats or Republican party? or he/she is more like a conservative or liberal ?

If you are limited to the two big parties the person needs to go for the Democrats but if these issue's especially like gay marriage are very important to the person his best bet would be a new credible party to the left of the Democrats possibly the greens could be that party.
And totally liberal though pro abortion isn't a term people who are in favor of abortion rights use. Don't think anyone who thinks calls him or herself pro abortion

I would say it lines up most closely with Democratic beliefs.
This person would been seen as liberal.

Remember political parties are just groups of people trying to work with those of similar beliefs to advance an agenda.
What particular parties believe is not hard and fast. Each candidate and election cycle brings changes in positions that represent the face of each party. Listen to what the candidates say and look at their records to determine who you most closely align with. There is a great variety and variance with in each party.

That more closely resembles Democrats than Republicans, but there are people who call themselves Republicans that take a stance like that.
