They will take your first born son. Then they will tie you to the flagpole out front, and make you wear assless chaps, and post the video on You Tube.

Handcuff you and take you straight to jail because you are a criminal! Taking a pen is petty theft! Writing a bad check is either a misdemeanor or a felony, depending on the amount and circumstances!

Oh well they love when people bounce checks. i mean they get to charge you apx $30 when you didn't have the money in there to begin with. So the next pay you are $30 plus in the hole already. How do you think banks make thier money? With people overdrafting their accounts!!!

Good for him. I mean it's quite hard.. in the banks I go to, to steal a pen you have to run away with a desk that's attached to the floor.

Explain "working over"? I highly doubt they would care less about those cheap little pens and make a fuse or anything else over it.

The FBI and Homeland will have you on a list as being a bad check writer.....Its goes way beyond the bank business when you're not responsible....

GO TO ANOTHER BANK!!! especially if you have WAMU... they suck! and their customer service has gone down hill fast! i'v been with them for so long since maybe sophomore year in highschool and they were good at first but their service is not great anymore...

What bank was it at my bank (Well Fargo) they give away pens. I would not bank at a place that did not give you pens or calenders.
