Be thankfull you still can feel pain. That means you are still a healthy person. As for how to make it go away? Time always takes care of that. For now just emerse yourself in activities and reduce the time that you sit and reflect back. Remember you are still loved by many others and you will have a romance love again as long as you remain open and willing to put your emotions on the line. But for now, again F it. Get out there and party girl!!! you need some serious energy release. Get some friends together and get out and kick it!!

Glad to see you back!! No love shouldn't hurt this much but it does sometimes!! The pain will recede with time, you will continue to move forward and get farther and farther away from it!! Just let your friends hold your hand while your heart is trying to heal, it helps a lot!! If you need a friend to talk to, I am here!! Missed you!!

Love doesn't hurt. It's lost love that hurts the most. I'm so sorry for your pain. As hard as it is to go through, and I know it's easy to say, but the pain will ease with time.

Make an appointment with a good friend who has gone thru what you are going thru..Talk to a trusted family member or go find a professional Counselor, Clergy member or Doctor to talk thru your pain with...Also there are good support groups in town....that address alot of issues you may have....its a wonderful support system...

is it supposed to? no, but it always does. listen to some music, go out to dinner with friends, spend a day of shopping, go for a walk to think by yourself, and know that the pain will go away, but it will take time

WOW Honey, I feel for you. And yes depending on how great the love was for that person, it can hurt very much. Take it day by day, emotionally your heart will heal, it takes time! GOOD LUCK!

Love always hurts...I know that I love my husband and children that it hurts. If I lost them, I would be on mental health ward with a straight jacket.

What happened darling? (shhh... it's me, cowgirl up lol)
I kicked my hubby out Monday, so yes, it does hurt, even though I'm the one that made the choice and I'm the one that did the kicking, we've been together so long it does hurt. Hope you're ok, you know you can email me if you want.
