The problem is with my friend..We're in the same class and she thinks she 'loves' a boy in our class. She says 'he is soo sweet, oh I love him so much, I don't know what to do, he drives me crazy, (on Friday) I will miss him so much at the weekend...' As u see, she only liked his appearence.

The worst part of it, that boy doesn't care about Elif and won't, I think..But I can't tell this to my friend coz I'm sure she will be so sad..

What should I do??

Unfortunately, she sounds a bit immature and young to really understand what love is. She is in love with the idea of love.

It is probably harmless....and it is a phase she needs to get through. Give her some time and experience it and learn from her own mistakes. The best thing for you to do is to be a good friend...lend her a friendly ear and support her when she falls. Telling her she is "whack" is not going to help, and would probably drive her from you.

There's not much you can do except be there for her when she gets crushed and her heart breaks into a million pieces. Unrequited love sucks, but it's all part of the growing up process.

this is a situation that could happen to anyone, at this age range

I remember my friends being in this position too, and even my self! :))

I think that she wont be listening to your words, what ever you l say to her. She ll be stable to her feelings..
Just let this situation be, things will be clear by the time. And be there for her, when and if disappointment comes..

if she is your true friend, you will want to talk to her about it. It may upset her, but if she keeps going on with it and the boy doesn't feel the same about her, she will just get more upset the more she gets attached....
