Should congress enact an Iggy law, raise taxes and cut social security benefits to raise revenue for this law?

I think people should get in touch with reality. She gave the dog to someone else whom she trusted and wanted a dog, she didn't leave it in a Chinese restaurant.

Let us look after our children and poor people before we waste time on this nonsense. Give Ellen a break!

How dumb? I think Ellen was wronged by the organization she did a wonderful thing for that dog and found it a loving home. Now those children have lost their beloved pet because those women wanted to prove a point and why you would want to bring Bush into it and taxes and social security is beyond me you must be a politician they are all nuts!
