At different periods of time my head becomes fatifued and feel tight and it becomes hard to concentrate on anything, I'm not really stressed out so what could be causing this and what can I do. It's been going on for about 8 weeks and I'm begining to freak out, it's affecting my school work.

#1check how much sleep you're getting.
#2check your breathing (you have to breathe regularly to keep oxygen to the brain) and
#3 check your nutrition - blood sugar and nutrition can cause you body not to work correctly.
#4 learn to meditate so you can control your focus better. it's a skill. take breaks to relax. practice intentional relaxation on your breaks. relax your muscles.

it looks like you have stress. those are some of the symptoms. porbably you are not having enough night sleep. try taking a glass of warm milk before sleep and make sure you get at least 6 hours of sleep. do you jog or do exercises? it is good for you.
Take a break! go swimming or for a picnic with friends.
you can also chart out the periods when feel down. see what activity that you carried out just before you feel down. you can then see the amount of activities you actually carry out.
since you said you are having this for 8 weeks it would be wise to see a doctor.
