Yes they can get IM's w/ out u knowing u can get the messages if u have the password... And Yahoo can not give out any information to the spouse or any1 else.
The messages are all under the archive unless deleted right away (which there is a setting to do that)... Otherwise u personally delete them and if u don't they save!

Roxanne I do not believe that any reputable server would give out any information to anyone. As for them obtaining your information without your knowledge, I suppose if you are not careful with removing things that you don't want others to see on the computer they could access this info. Be careful but also be wise and do not say or do things on the internet or IM's that you would not want your partner to find out about.

No, Yahoo! do not give out this kind of information unless they are required to by a court order. The only way it could be traced is if you have a conversation history recorded on your computer, or if your spouse is very sneaky and has put a key logger on the machine, enabling them to know your passwords and everything you've typed.

I know with certainty for a definite fact, if she wants it bad enough she can get it.
Spy wear and asking Yahoo for it are not the only ways to get it.

Yes they can receive IMs without your knowledge...unless you have the password to their account...and no Yahoo doesn't give information to the other spouse.....

No yahoo can't give yo that info. But if you had their password you could get on there computer an pull up the last IMs that they where having. Good luck though. go to I Spy wear an they may have something u could put on there computers to tract their moves

Certain forms of AIM can log your convos, anyone can see those who uses your computers and knows where to look. I am not sure if other messengers can do that but I imagine so.
Yahoo won't give the info out on purpose, but if he or she knows your password or knows your secuirty answers, they can get info.

I found out everything it is all in the computer ! IM text emails it is all there forever .had a comp tech come in .was not hard

yes, and i don't think so. But I've heard you can get a filter for your computer, so you can see whatever they do on it, without them knowing about it. I would call Radio Shack or something like that. Check around online
