there is a main relay for the fuel injection system that controls the fuel pump and the ignition system. It is very common for that relay to fail.

the relay is located under the left side of the instrument panel (to the left of the steering wheel when you're sitting in the car) It is a 7 pin connector that goes into a gray or brown relay.

buy the relay and then you'll know what you are looking for.

Its almost certain your problem is with a failed main relay. it is very common on hondas of the early 1990's

hope that helps

Its probably the relay that controls the ignition, apparently these go out often.......mine was drivers side by where your knee is on the wall of the car, its a little box like plug that you just unplug. Good Luck
