How can I determine what font they're using?
(They're using CSS so it doesn't appear in their source code)

If I'm not mistaken, the body text is Tahoma. If you are unsure, try copying and pasting a sentence into a Word document, highlight the sentence and check what font is it. Hope it works.

I would guess they're using Verdana...but remember that, when you ship out a website page, the website viewer is (or should be), in most browsers, override the shipped web page font with the web page viewer's own font preferences.
