You have to increase your efficiency first. Its when you commit no mistakes that you can progress. No one can point fingers at you then. Your appraisal naturally stands a chance of being very good. As for office politics etc., you have to deal with them as and when they crop up. Be diplomatic and dont take sides openly. Good manners too take you a long way.

You are too anxious to prove yourself which triggers on all the problems for you. You are too scrupulous about your work. Relax and perform one task at a time. Do not think beyond present five minutes especially on the work table, thinking of many a things at a time leads to unwanted mistakes. Being UNIDIRECTIONAL is the key.
