i just dont feel hungry ihave breakfast but after that i jus dont get hungry ?

Start taking a vitamin every morning. I was recently found to be slightly anemic and started taking a multivitamin with iron daily and my appetite increased drastically. I needed to eat better any because I had lost about 15 pounds while fighting off a bout of pneumonia. The vitamins will also increase your energy level.

Exercise more. 30 mins to 1 hour of something tiring should make you hungry.

try getting a milkshake when you know it should be mealtime. I got to the point at one time that I could not eat at all , believe me I did try. Once my friends got me a milkshake , and I drank it I was able to eat again and my appetite came back.

well thats not too bad but you should get intake atleast of fruits and something else i dont think thats enough nourishment if you want some appetite you should take some multivitamin syrup

Its all training, the more you eat the more you want to eat.
Eat even when you dont feel like it, soon you will get use to it.

eat more. eat even when you're not hungry for awhile and your body will get used to that routine. then you'll actually start feeling hungry all of the time....
are you depressed? when i'm depressed i don't eat until i address whatever it is making me depressed......

You possible not much a excerise as you should. It's will get back your strenght back till you get hungry.

dont eat large portions for breakfast. stick with a single granola bar or measured portion of cereal.
