Then that is fine, however, I think true intelligence is being able to know when the wool's being pulled over your eyes. All these smokescreens the media continually pumps out to the public to keep them tuned in, yet tuned out to what's really wrong in the world.

Stop worrying about who's smarter than someone else and start taking notice of how the richer get richer while the middle class and below can barely spend time with their families because their bosses have them working 70-80 hour weeks, so their spouses cheat on them, their children grow up dysfunctional and end up in jail, or at some minimum wage job. And they're laughing all the way to the bank.

I find it pretty ironic that some people dwell on the alleged intellectual inferiority of blacks but hardly ever address the very real fact that if we're going to accept the fact that these scores are accurate and a reflection of inherant abilities, then we must also accept the fact that Asians are at the top of the food chain, Americans are least intelligent group in the western world (even when you brake it down by racial categories), the rich are smarter than the poor and northerners are smarter than southerners. If you're not willing to consider everything in totality, then you should probably step away from this assertion as well.

Then he is correct. It doesn't really change anything. Countries will progress at the same rate they would have progressed if he were wrong.
And anyway, his idea will be challeneged forever and ever, Ramen.

edit: Blacks don't do worse in school because of their low IQ. They do badly because their parents get them hooked on crack before they can spend 200 dollars for Hooked on Phonics.
