For the most part these are very well orchestrated events. It is not like some sort of lottery... first of all, you have to be registered to vote in a party's primary (so in other words you have to belong to a declared party). Second, the forums are limited so believe me that the candidates will be fighting over the seats so they can have some say for family members and just outright supporters (the people who will clap for their strong and simplistic slogans). The state's party will alot the other tickets which mean top dollar contributors.
You have a better chance of going to college again and getting a journalism degree and getting a job with a national news agency.

The debates are usually sponsored by some organization or media company. They would have control of the audience. Contact them for information.

Find out where they are having them.
Contact the venue, and see if they can provide you with more information. I would guess a background check may in be order(not for you personally, but I would guess for everyone)
I could be wrong on that last point though.

Join the Hillary campaign and donate, donate, donate. If you are donating over the limit, don't worry, she will find some beggar to use in your name.
Your invitation will be in the mail.
