Just because I have worked in law, I would say that unless he has been found guilty in a court of law, you should protect yourself and not publish his name and address. You COULD be sued by him and you could end up in a big mess...even if he is guilty. Hopefully you have reported it to the police and they are taking action on it. I'm really so sorry for your daughter. I have been through traumatizing events with evil people and I know how hard it is not to be able to do something back to them. But, be careful how you deal with evil people, they are not normal people and I honestly believe they thrive on making messes of all kinds and hurting the most people possible. Hopefully the police will get him.

If I was in your situation then I would shout his name and address from the roof tops, I would also print out leaflets with his photo, name and address and spend weeks posting them through everyones door in his neighbourhood. Unfortunately people like him get all the protection and people like your daughter whether she special needs or not, dont get the same protection. I live and breath for my kids. So I say yes scream out his name and address, if you shouting it out saves one more child from getting hurt by the monster then you in my eyes would be a HERO.

althrough he is an animal,giving the addy out would cause mob rule or judgement or whatever it may be called.I would try to go down the legal route for bringing him to justice.If there was nothing to be done that way and I was revenge orientated I would personaly employ the heavies and send them around!!!just a few good ones,not the whole world.
