In most states they can still get into trouble because of the "statutory rape" statutes.
If you are legally emancipated and living on your own however, the only way anyone will know is if you (or your boyfriends) tell, OR you get pregnant.

The fact that you are an emancipated minor means you can make decisions for yourself, free of your parents making the decisions for you.
However (and I am speaking from belief, here, not accurate knowledge of the legal issues--I hope someone who really KNOWS will answer--or you could ask a lawyer or legal office, or whoever helped you with your emancipation) I would think that even though emancipated, you are still a minor, so there could very well be some legal problems for the guys if there is anything of an "intimate" nature going on.

Yes; if the minor is still under the age of consent. While the minor may be legally emancipated, this is not an exception written into the statutory rape laws. The age is the controlling factor.

This may sound mean but ...
I think you should have sex with him and then the law can put the bastard away for good. Yes, that makes you into a sacrificial lamb but then again, you're a emancipated 15 years old and the decision you make, stupid or not, may help some other 15 years old because this guy(low life) can't prey on other 15 years old behind bars.
Cheers!

Depends on the age of consent in your State. If it is 15 , everyone is fine, If it is 16, they can be charged and convicted of statutory rape. Your status is not a factor, if you are 15 and the law says 16, they are in deep trouble if caught.

Yes, being emancipated does not change the fact that you are below the age of consent. It is still statutory rape.

You might think of yourself as mature enough to be with guys in thier 20's. But any guy that wants to be with a girl your age is as mature as a 15 year old.
And the answer to your questions is yes, they can get in trouble.
