This is no scam and no advertisement. I'm a certified seminar provider by one of the largest mortgage companies in the country. I've used my knowledge to purchase property with no money. If you think it's a scam, continue working at your dead end job living pay check to pay check while you could have other's pay your bills. Good luck you sheep. mahhmahh

Sounds like a scam. You can buy property with no money down with a lot of lenders. Conventional loans (80-20) are one way. Instead of paying the 20% down payment your self, you get another lender to finance the 20% part and one lender to finance the 80% part.

FHA loans - 100% financed with pmi paid.

Ask a loan officer.

No. In these kinds of offers, frequently the only one making $$$ is the person selling the product.

Loan options, including zero down, are available for free through any good lender, and purchase strategies are also available for free from any good Realtor.

Good luck and best wishes.

Not in the least. I know how to do that right now, without paying you a red cent. (Hint: it has a LOT to do with good relations with bankers.)

No, I’d go talk to my lender to find out what my options are for FREE.
