My alge eater laid eggs last night how long will I have to wait for them to hatch?

Well do you have a pair(male and female) if you dont then the other fish will eat them if they aren't fertilized. So if you have a pair it will be about a month before they hatch.

If you don't have a pair of them you will have a very long wait. Most catfishes(not all) have external fertilization,but since you don't identify the species,there is really no way to answer your question.

ehhhhhhhh not to long maybe 25 to 30 days....
