The Nazis got rid of all the liberal leaders, as well as banned all liberal art, literature, music, etc., which they considered “degenerate.” The elimination of the leaders kept the rest of the populace quiet. As opposition arose, it was eliminated.
Without opposition, the Nazis proceeded to implement their policies of territorial domination and ethnic cleansing. As you know, it did not turn out well.
The current lack of "family values" that is evidenced in many of the Red States and their representatives would indicate that the sudden emergence of model citizens would not occur.

The fact is, some of the reaction against the huge influx of undocumented immigrants IS racist. I think it's not right, but it's understandable and predictable. You may not be racist at all, or you may contain any prejudices you personally have (same difference, in my book). There's only one solution for everyone, and that's to limit the flood of immigrants by simultaneous border AND employer enforcement. Then we can actively promote understanding and all that. One thing I wish that people would keep in mind. On the individual level, the undocumenteds are only committing a misdemeanor. On the macro level, yeah, this is a huge problem, a crime was committed in allowing all these workers and their families to stream across the border and take American jobs. But who's the real culprit? The Clinton administration and more spectacularly, the Bush administration. They allowed between 10 and 20 million to work here. They did nothing for over 10 years, until the problem got so out of hand that some citizens BECAME overtly racist!

No it wouldn't. All we would see is that America suddenly becomes devoid of anything resembling a conscience. We already see today the contempt that so-called patriots show towards those who call into question the actions of an administration that is slowly destroying every good and decent thing that the United States has stood for since the War of Independence. All we would see happen is the sudden explosion in growth of the cult of President worship and the exaltation of the "virtue" of patriotism above all others.
The ability to think for oneself and to question the motives of a government clearly bent on tyranny used to be held in high esteem but somehow this current administration has erased that from the minds of many. The founding fathers of the United States thought much of the abilities of discernment and reason but these traits have no place today in the minds of good little cogs inside the new machine.
There is nothing wrong with the love of ones nation and the values for which it stands if indeed it still truly stands for the great and noble values upon which it was originally founded but there is plenty to be found wrong in blind subservience and a lack of questionability and accountability in our leaders, especially when that lack stems from your own countrymen. America needs to be thankful that it has the check and balance of another party. People need to be doing all that they can to increase the power base of government by ensuring the ability of new political parties to form.

Of course America would not be perfect if that would happen. I think it definately would split again into something else-there's always a power struggle, so some division would be made again to keep that going. Plus, I think some of these Reps with their "family values" and traditional thinking have those "views" to save face and make people think they are a certain way when they really are corrupt. They hide behind it to be politically correct and for personal gain.
Hmmm, I wonder if they'd cook me in a good chicken and sausage gumbo or BBQ me?

A Neo-Con paradise where 60% of the American people would then have to leave for Canada because by then all the jobs would finally be taken over by the cheap illegal Mexican labor, leaving only a pyamaid structure where they would have maybe a white overseer class, with the Christian-Zionist overlords in both Washington and Israel pressing all the buttons.

No. It's healthy to have reasonable debate. There is always something to disagree about. The same would be true if the Libs killed off all the Cons. It would split into 2 groups at least ad they would debate something.
BTW - Death Camps? Are we feeling some anger here?

I wouldn't say they are governmentally approved, but rather an established convention that evolved over time.
I'll tell you this, in my infinite wisdom, or lack thereof, it seems obvious to me that doing away with all the Democrats would create a paradise of family values as much as Hitler's plan of wiping out the Jews would have created the perfect Aryan race, which is to say not at all.

The party would split, I guess not at first if you really killed ALL the liberals but that would create a situation were there different sides of the Republican party would split in support of their personal issues. In a society as big as America, "liberal" ideas will come back, maybe under a different name but the full spectrum of ideas would return.

It would quickly divide again like a cell.
At least half would be so overcome by the humanity of half the population being murdered, they were liberalize. And then again within that group, the wackos gang up and on and on until a hundred years later its all still exactly the same.

Actually you would live in a fascist state, as in the case when the government eradicates any objectors.
As a side note supporting a genocide automatically negates any claim to family values one can have.
