They could live without that. Some do. But when they are young is when there are more hormones going through their bodies. This makes them want to have sex more often then they do when they get older. The hormones make it seem like sex is more important.

You can also enjoy life with playing football (Soccer)
The problem with India is that it produces too many movies that display sex as a game of fun. It is not the fault of the young ones but the legacy of the generation before you who display the female bodies as sex symbols. Keep your mind focused in what is important in your life (Education, care for your family) and don't worry about what other youths are doing.
Decadence will ruin the West and if India is not careful it will also ruin India, just like the downfall of the Muslim Empire in India and in the Europe.

Reproduction is a biological imperative, so our bodies have evolved to enjoy it as an incentive to have sex. If it was annoying, or boring, we'd be less likely to do it.
Not having sex won't do any physical harm. However, sex as a sacred act has been devalued as society has leaned away from traditional values. Where virginity is no longer deemed necessary for a good and virtuous life, the decision to remain chaste has lost its allure.
As far as why they can't live without it; they can, but the incentive is no longer as strong as it once was.

When you are younger you are tied more to sensuality and emotional energy rather than spirituality. Without guidance and laws selfish youngsters dive right in and creat all kinds of problems that ruin their lives, and today actually kill them. The wise kids with parents that really care about them will survive, and so will kids that have a strong innate sense of right and wrong, but for too many kids today they are victims and succumb to the outward pressures. Don't be like them and your life will unfold with many good things.

I've long past the fifty year mark and still enjoy sex. Actually sex means as much tome now as it did when I was 18. I can live without it but I wouldn't want to.

the timing and devestation of 2 world wars so close to each other historically left a surplus of children and a shortage of experienced parents. add to the mix the up and coming mass media of television, radio, movies and music that broadcast a ever increasing lack of moral fiber and you get a generation that has seen twice as much sex and violence in the media as they've seen discipline and good sense from their parents.

"Dude, sex is part of our life. Sex is enjoyed especially by the young people and we are very active in it. Just try to imagine life without sex. Sex gives us pleasure and extraordinary feelings. But having sex requires the right reason and being responsible about it and its outcome. Because God gave this to humans to "reproduce" and "procreate".

Sex is part of human biology. It's as natural as eating, breathing, and pooping. It is a birthright that no one, lest they fight nature, has a right to take away from you. Our bodies tell us when it's time to have sex, and it's hard not to listen. It's part of the challenge of our species in this modern world.
