Kobe is a whiner. This is coming from someone who has been a Kobe fan for so long! He is so talented and smart, but his selfishness is getting the best of him.
Kobe is impatient. He wants to win and at any cost, even at the cost of alienating management and teammates. Wanting to win and want the help to get you in the win column is a natural thing to desire, but to ruin peoples lives in the process, is just plain selfish ambition.
He'll carry over the same attitude and baggage with his next team if the team doesn't win the way Kobe wants it to win. He'll complain, he'll accuse teammates, and because he's such a money draw people will give in to his "wants" until they can't give no more...which apparently the Buss family has decided of themselves.
If Kobe did a self-examination and made a public confession of what a fool he has been, then and only then can I see some positive changes from him go in the right direction!
Come on Kobe!

well, i'd say some of the blame lies on him, but most of it belongs on the front office. There are so many possible trades that they could have taken but didn't. in 05-06, Utah wanted to trade Odom for Boozer straight up, but the lakers refused. They should never have traded Butler for Brown. And, more recently, could have traded Bynum for Jason Kidd. Had the Lakers front office made the right trades, the lakers would have a line up of
PG - Jason Kidd
SG - Kobe Bryant
SF - Caron Butler
PF - Carlos Boozer
C - Chris Mihm
sick, right? If they had something like that, kobe wouldnt be complaining and would have as many rings as Jordan by now.
I think that any team that decides to trade for Kobe would realize that they are in a "win now" situation. and would surround him with legit talent, and not try to rebuild while they use him to sell tickets. As long as Kobes new team tries to get him help, i think thats all he's asking for. He wants the same opportunity that Jordan got.

Kobe is a star a celeb. Right, no matter what he dose or how he dose it Kobe's going to get an earfull from everybody. Imagine all the star players without a right-hand man. They had to post ridiculous scoring streaks, weather it was A.I., Jordan, Wilt, they all had people hitting them about being a ball hog, but when u don't have Pippen or Mutumbo, U have to do whatever u can just to win. Personally experience I had to carry my team in the playoffs posting 30 plus and 10 ast. On the other hand Kobe's has got to change his ways. It would be sad to not to see him win at least 2 to 5 championships.

i don't think kobe's going anywhere.. but from what i heard.. the bulls are planning to bring him in for three or four bulls players.. i'm not sure.. but kobe's problems will always be there... kobe is one of the best players in nba, but he'll never fit well in any team... he prefers to stand alone in the spotlight rather than with his team mates

He is a prima donna on the lakers.
If he is traded he will be a prima donna there too.
Wherever he goes the situation will stay the same because he creates his own mess.
