Well honey, these days, it's habitual for me to wake up at 6am in the morning, prepare the clothes and other items to be sent to the Old Folk's Home and Children's Home. To me, I'm already contented with my habits though.

By definition, habits are bound to be performed consistently.
I prefer to think of it more as being organised.
Neither the world nor our own individual lifes, could last very long without the same actions being performed over and over.
